Larry and Marlene Grantier were married in the fall of 1954. At that time Larry had a few good mares. In 1967 we started raising registered quarter horses with our first quarter horses coming from the Herb Lundin ranch at Watford City, ND. Herb later sold his herd to the Dears at Sims, MT.

From that time on we have been trying to improve our herd with quality stallions and mares, with foundation bloodlines. Our horses tend to be buckskin, dun, grullo, and black, with good bone and feet.

Our horses have been successful in youth, 4H, the arena and as using ranch horses.
